My experience with RBA had been absolutely a nightmare! The windows are hideous, they leak air, and I was charged much more than a normal window. I am trying to resolve the problems but they are unwilling to tell me why they overcharged me, why they did not install what they promised, or why the windows are not energy efficient. I wish someone had told me about this company 6 mos ago.
