User comment: Renewal by Andersen won't come to the house if both homeowners aren't there

I had the same issue. I am a single attorney, and the person that answered my call kept demanding that "all decision maker's be present." I finally figured out that he was trying to suggest my husband be present, as if I had one, or needed another party to make a decision on my own home. It was offensive at best. As it turns out, I had a number of other bidders who I was more than happy to use, and didn't demand that "a decision maker" besides me be present for their presentation.
