Renewal by Andersen Do not keep appointments. - Windows Replacement
I scheduled an appointment with Renewal by Andersen for 1:00 in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. A dispatcher called me at 1:00 to let me know that the company rep would not be able to make my appointment. The appointment before mine was taking longer than they thought and that someone would be calling me to schedule another appointment when they were in the area. I came home specifically for this appointment, scheduled my day around it. The dispatcher apologized, but when I asked to reschedule on the phone he said that someone would have to contact me. Also asked if a manger could call me about the missed appointment and he said that he would have someone call - but no one has called. They obviously have more business than they need. We have over 30 windows that need replaced. It is very frustrating when a company does not value a potential customer's time. No one has called me to reschedule or to discuss missed appointment. This turns into a missed opportunity for Renewal by Andersen and a wasted afternoon for me as I did as they requested, blocked off an hour and a half of my time for them.
