Worse Windows Ever - Renewal by Anderson Windows anbd doors
Had our very expensive windows and 2 sliding patio doors installed September 2014, by winter I had called about the windows, I had very bad condensation and Ice on the inside of the windows, last winter 2015, I again had the same issue, they came out and they said We had gotten defective windows and they wore going to replace them, Again winter 2016, condensation and Ice inside my windows, I have called for service and They are not available to send anyone until Jan 2017. The wood trimming on the windows are already getting mold. I don't know what to do. They are not fixing the problem. I never had issues like this with my old windows and doors. I have sent emails and pictures to them in the hopes that they will contact me and fix the issue, I have yet to hear back.
